University Color Palette
University red is defined as Pantone® 187. Prominent use of this color further reinforces the University brand.
Do not screen the red ink when printing. Screening red turns the color to pink.
Blind embossing, use of die cuts, or stamping in gold foil University symbols and logos is also acceptable.
Accent colors, when used, should be complementary and subordinate to red, black, and gray. It is strongly recommended that designers avoid using blue or purple as stand-alone colors to avoid creating confusion with other regional universities’ school colors.
The colors shown throughout this web site have not been evaluated by Pantone, Inc., for accuracy and may not match the PANTONE® Color Standards. Consult current PANTONE® Publications for accurate color. PANTONE® is the property of Pantone, Inc.
