The University of Utah has received a $75 million gift from the George S. and Dolores Doré Eccles Foundation to build a new 800,000-square-foot hospital and medical campus in West Valley City.
A pilot program for University of Utah Health patients in Salt Lake is making better diet and food choices more accessible by prescribing food as medicine.
