Utah Congressman Ben McAdams has focused his efforts on the suicide risk of Utah’s veterans, sponsoring a new bill that would allow researchers to further explore a connection between living in high altitudes and being at-risk for suicide. The VA High Altitude and Suicide Research Act was passed by the House this week and will now go to President Donald Trump for his signature.
