Show off your U experience for the chance to win an iPad (and more). Post your pics to Instagram or Twitter with the hashtag #UtahGrad for not only the chance to win prizes, but also for the chance to have your photo featured during this year’s commencement ceremony.
(Please note: If your Instagram account is set to private, we will not be able to view your entry, hence making it ineligible.)
Rules and regulations:
• Must be graduating from the University of Utah either Spring or Summer Semester 2013.
• Limit of 15 photos may be submitted. Photos should emphasize the student’s experience at the U.
• Entrant must own rights to all photos submitted and entering the contest allows the University of Utah Alumni Association to use the photos in Commencement-related activities.
• Entries will be judged by the University of Utah Alumni Association and winners will be notified by Monday, April 22.
• Entries must be submitted by Monday, April 15 (11:59 p.m.). Any entries submitted after the deadline will not be judged.
The following prizes will be awarded:
First Place:
• A lifetime membership in the University of Utah Alumni Association; an iPad Mini or a $300 gift card to the University Campus Store; a pair of season tickets for the 2013 Utah Football, 2013-14 Utah Men’s Basketball, and 2014 Utah Gymnastics (courtesy of Utah Athletics); a pair of tickets to Pioneer Memorial Theater for the 2013-14 season (limited to Monday through Wednesday performances)
Second Place:
• A lifetime membership in the University of Utah Alumni Association; a $300 gift card to the University Campus Store; a pair of season tickets for the 2013-14 Utah Men’s Basketball and 2014 Utah Gymnastics; a pair of tickets to Pioneer Theatre Company’s performances of “Something’s Afoot” (September 20 through October 5, limited to Monday through Thursday performances) and “A Few Good Men” (January 24 through February 8, 2014 limited to Monday through Thursday performances)
Third Place:
• A lifetime membership in the University of Utah Alumni Association; a $100 gift card to the University Campus Store; a pair of season tickets for the 2013-14 Utah Men’s Basketball and 2014 Utah Gymnastics; a pair of tickets to Pioneer Theatre Company’s performance of “Other Desert Cities” (October 25 through November 9, limited to Monday through Thursday performances)
